Transportation Services annual bus sign-up dates for 2019-20 school year
Save the date for bus sign-ups for the 2019-20 school year. All bus sign-up requests must be done at the Transportation facility located at 811 South Timberland Drive.
Congratulations to the 2019 LISD Leadership Academy Graduates
The Lufkin ISD Leadership Academy is a program for teachers, instructional coaches and other aspiring leaders. The Academy develops leadership capacity in participants to enable them to progress as leaders on their campuses and in the district.
2018 LHS graduate receives perfect score on AP Government Exam
2018 Lufkin High School graduate, Cristal Delacruz, received a perfect score on the AP United States Government and Politics Exam she took last year. She earned a top score of 5 on the exam, but was one among 113 students in the world who scored a perfect score according to a letter from The College Board.
