LHS senior Cailyn Crow earns direct entry to International Science Fair in Los Angeles
The judges at the East Texas Regional Science Fair in Kilgore in February were so impressed with Cailyn’s project that she received a special invitation, bypassing state competition to enter the international science fair.

The District Assignment Appeals Committee of the University Interscholastic League this morning approved Lufkin ISD’s request to move the Panthers varsity football team from District 7-5A (Division 1) to District 9-5A in the 2024-26 seasons.
